  1. Here is the summary of specification of each flat in Abode as given by the Architect. More information can be obtained on need basis directly from us after the site visit.

    StructureFramed Structure as per ISI standards with Stilt for Covered Car Parking. The structural Design will be made after proper testing of the soil. Branded Steel and Cement will be used as per the industry Standards. The depth of footing and height of plinth will be according to the structural design.
    WallsExternal walls of 6″ Solid Cement concrete Blocks in 1:6 C.M with intermediate RCC Bed and internal walls with 4″ Solid block. 8″ Solid block will be used for walls where electrical ducts will be laid.
